Please show your ID when boarding
Due to the new Ferry Business Act, ID must be presented when purchasing a submarine boarding ticket and again when boarding the submarine. According to this rule, guests should have their ID at all times and those under 18 years of age must present a certified copy of their family register when buying a ticket.
※ No refunds will be granted due to issues of claustrophobia experienced during the trip. Those who suffer from this condition should consider before purchasing.

- 10% discount for those who purchase tickets online
This discount is applied to those who purchased tickets
without the use of a guide or tourist agency - Senior citizens are exempt from the Provincial Ocean Park Fee

- The disabled (class 1,2,3): 30% discount, one accompanied guardian 20% discount
- Certificate of disability must be presented - Those exempt from the Provincial Ocean Park Fee
